I didn't start LINX because I read a book about consulting. I started it because I lived it.

I've owned businesses. I've run businesses for other people. I've been the owner working 70-hour weeks wondering why the money wasn't matching the effort. I've been the guy approving invoices at midnight, managing a team that couldn't make a decision without me, and convincing myself that "next quarter" would be different.

Over 25 years, I built, scaled, and turned around companies across industries — from startups to multi-million dollar operations. I've hired hundreds of people, made every delegation mistake you can make, and figured out (slowly, painfully) what actually works.

What I kept seeing — in my own businesses and in the ones I advised — was the same pattern:

The owner was the bottleneck.

Not because they weren't capable. Because they were too capable. They could do everything, so they did everything. And the business hit a ceiling that no amount of hustle could break through.

I built LINX to be the thing I wished I'd had: a partner who could see the whole picture, provide real guidance, put the right people in place, and stick around to make sure it actually worked.
